The Push Schedule: Tracking 'Actual' Dates

PLOT tracks actual deadline completions to anticipate the past's impact on upcoming deadlines. They are represented by the solid nodes/circles in the chart shown on each Order. See below.

 

Date Submitted (date, user-assigned or synchronized with submittals in Procore/Autodesk)

  • The date in which the Material data (Submittal or otherwise) was submitted to the Design Team to review.

  • If multiple Submittals are connected to the Material, this date will not be able to be synchronized until all Submittals are Submitted. The latest Submit date of associated Submittals will be used.

  • PLOT triggers synchronization with Procore/Autodesk based on Status and Responses. Check your project's triggers in Settings >> Procurement >> Submittals.

The date in which the Material data (Submittal or otherwise) was submitted to the Design Team to review.

If multiple Submittals are connected to the Material, this date will not be able to be synchronized until all Submittals are Submitted. The latest Submit date of associated Submittals will be used.

Date Approved (date, user-assigned or synchronized with submittals in Procore/Autodesk)

  • The date in which the Material data (Submittal or otherwise) was approved by the Design Team to review.

  • If multiple Submittals are connected to the Material, this date will not be able to be synchronized until all Submittals are Approved. The latest Approval date of associated Submittals will be used.

Date Ordered (date, user-assigned, expected from Trade Partner user)

  • This date is when the Trade Partner is indicating they released the order to be fabricated/picked/shipped by the Supplier to the jobsite.

  • Capturing this date covers a major cap in traditional procurement log practices.
